Klieverik has been in the North American market for many years, and has over 400 machines in operation in Canada, the United States and Mexico. The company recently opened a new U.S. branch in Buford, GA, located near Atlanta International Airport.
Klieverik North America is now available by phone 14 hours per day to North American clients. The local phone number connects to the Dutch office or local, U.S.-based technicians working out of the Buford office. However, Dutch technicians will also be sent to North America, if needed.
With a physical location in the continent, Klieverik is now able to offer a trade-in program. The company is offering to buy back an older unit and replace this with a larger or additional unit, for those existing customers looking to grow their business or increase capacity.
The company is also offering service contracts, which provides an annual visit from a technician for maintenance and a training to refresh the operators. The contract also provides customers with a 10 per cent discount on spare parts; an extended warranty; and a custom proposal.
Klieverik is also offering financing to customers, making it possible to spread payment out over a longer period of time, through the partnership with financing companies.
